Our home in Palermo has been completely renovated to give our guests the comforts of home away from home. This luxury apartment is designed for your comfort and relaxation after a long day traveling or a long night of tango. It includes a full service kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, private patio, high speed internet, cable television and air conditioning throughout. The atmosphere is sophisticated, modern and very inviting.

This is a newly renovated 48 m2 (520 sq. feet) apartment. It has a large living and dining area, a private patio with lots of aloe plants and some small palm trees, it's also got a little space apart from the living room that's perfect for chilling out and watching television and of course, there's the bedroom with a queen sized bed and lots of storage space. (Thanks to the 18 foot ceilings). It's got cable television, high speed internet and a weekly cleaning service.

Unlike a lot of apartments in Buenos Aires, it's really quiet. The apartment is located near the cross streets of Paraguay and Fitzroy, within three blocks there's the subway, train and one of the main avenues in the city. It's located in Palermo Hollywood (this is where there are tons of restaurants and bars) - it's a really safe neighborhood and is located just a few blocks away from Palermo Soho (where all of the shopping and boutiques are located). If you dance tango, you're in walking distance from quite a few traditional as well as modern clubs such as La Viruta, Salon Canning and Club Malcom to name a few. Palermo Hollywood is a beautiful part of the city - full of the city's popular restaurants and boutique shops, yet centrally located to be accessible to all forms of transportation. It's also one of Buenos Aires' safest and trendiest neighborhoods and to get to most milongas (tango salons) in taxi is approximately $4 (US) each way.

Our 2009 rates are quoted in US Dollars ($) and are as follows:

Longer term rentals available and negotiable.
A deposit of $300 is required and returned upon checkout.
To secure the dates, a $100 deposit is required via bank transfer or PayPal. Renter agrees to pay any fees associated with transactions.(If paying by PayPal, please note that there is a 3% surcharge).
