Villa Crespo is a middle-class neighborhood right alongside Palermo that hasn't yet reached "tourist status". From the local parilla located right across the street to the authentic, neighborhood feel of the surrounding area - you'll never be more than a five minute walk from Palermo's exquisite dining and posh shopping, yet upon entering this apartment, you'll be in a world apart, surrounded by the tranquility of the slower pace of a residential neighborhood where tango composer and orchestra leader Osvaldo Pugliese grew up and called home.

Our newly renovated home in Villa Crespo is the perfect place to stay for someone who wants to be close to the center of fine dining, nightlife and action, yet wants their own private space with the comforts of home. This is our second luxury apartment and includes a full service kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms, balcony, large furnished terrace with the typical Argentine grill, high speed internet, cable television and air conditioning throughout. The atmosphere is familiar, fun and modern - designed for comfort as well as a generous space to relax and enjoy time alone or with your friends or family.
This apartment covers 150 m2 in total. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds. It has a large living and dining area, a private balcony that's perfect to spend your morning having breakfast whilst watching the portenos on their way to work, a large kitchen with settings for 12, a private terrace with outdoor furniture, lots of sun, beautiful green plants and an Argentine barbeque. Of course, we've provided cable television, high speed internet and a weekly cleaning service. There's also a fold out couch. If you dance tango, you're in the right place. Casa Villa Crespo is located just alongside the heart of Palermo Soho - only four blocks away from the popular Plaza Cortazar with its weekend ferias, countless cafes and popular boutiques and shops.
Villa Crespo is known for its neighborhood charm as well as the fact that it's home to several convents, churches and synagogues dating from the late 1800s. Its streets are lined with beautiful architecture - sometimes antique mixed with modern designs - and of course, outlet stores along Cordoba and Murillo (including various places to find leather crafts and locally made goods). There's no shortage of public and private transportation at all hours of the night here. And with a shopping mall only one block away, there's tons of security and light on this block at night. RATES
